摘要
根据水平井井筒压降理论分析了各类压降的影响程度以及井身结构参数和产量对水平井筒摩阻压降的影响程度,水平井筒压降以摩擦阻力压降为主。井筒摩阻压降与水平井产量的平方、水平段长度呈正比关系,与井筒内径的五次方成反比关系。利用数值模拟技术研究了储层物性和完井参数对水平井流动特征的影响,结果表明储层渗透率非均质性是影响水平井流动特征的最主要因素,对饱和度场的影响亦十分显著。在进行水平井射孔设计时,必须综合考虑,使得井筒内流量的分布合理和水驱前缘推进均匀,保证水平井取得理想开发效果。
Based on wellbore pressure dropdown theory,the influential extent of various pressure dropdowns and the effect of wellbore structural parameters and yields on the frictional pressure dropdowns of horizontal wells were analyzed.It indicated that the frictional pressure dropdown was dominated in the horizontal wells.The frictional pressure dropdown had a positive relation with the square of production rate and horizontal length,and negative relation with the inner diameter's fifth power.The impact of reservoir heterogeneity and well completion condition on wellbore inflow performance of horizontal wells was studied with numerical simulation technique.The results show that permeability heterogeneity has a strong impact both on inflow performance and saturation distribution.For perforation on horizontal wells,the rational distribution of inner wellbore flow and unique advancement of waterflooding front should be considered integrally to ensure an ideal development effect.
