摘要
随着经济和科技的发展,国际交流日益广泛,各国的联系日益紧密,20世纪60年代开始出现全球化的概念,在这以后,全球化趋势日益明显,高等教育全球化是全球化在高等教育领域的表现。面对高等教育全球化,我国心脏外科领域如何培养新时代的全球化人才面临着新的挑战。我们应该将全球化融入心脏外科的教育培养体系,充分利用全球化的机遇和有利条件,利用全球范围内的资源和条件,培养有高度的职业素养,具有人文精神、全面发展,具有创新精神、高素质的现代化人才。
With the development of economy and science and technology international exchange increasingly widespread, states increasingly closer. In the 1960 of the 20th century, the concept of globalization begin to emerge. After that, tendency of globalization is increasingly obvious. Performance of globalization is the globalization of higher education in the field of higher education. Faced with the globalization of higher education, how to develop a new era in the field of heart surgery in China talent faces new challenges of globalization. Our globalization should be integrated into the education training sys- tem for cardiac surgery, take full advantage of globalization＇s opportunities and favorable conditions, use of global resources and conditions, cultivating a high degree of professional integrity, with the humanistic spirit, comprehensive development, innovative, high quality modern personnel.
