摘要
硼铁矿中主要含有 Fe、B2 O3和 Mg O,矿石经选矿、造块 ,进入高炉冶炼 ,使铁硼分离 ,生产含硼生铁及富硼渣 ,富硼渣经硫酸浸出一步法生产硼酸 ,母液经高温结晶法生产一水硫酸镁 ,使矿石中的铁、硼、镁资源得到综合利用。
Ludwigite ores contain Fe,B 2O 3 and MgO.Iron and boron were separated by magnetic separation and blast furnace smelting according to the characteristics of the low grade ludwigite ores.The pig iron containing boron and boron rich slag(B 2O 3 12%) are obtained.The boron rich slag was leached by sulfric acid to produce boric acid and pregnant liquor that contains H 3BO 3 and MgSO 4.The kieserite was produced by means of high temperature crystallization from the pregnant liquor.The comprehensive utilization of Fe,B and Mg contained in ludwigite ores was achieved.
