Research on correlation between early repolarization and sudden cardiac death

摘要 早期复极(earlyrepolarization,ER)是指无器质性心脏病的个体,在其心电图至少两个连续导联上出现QRS波终末部与sT段起始部交界处的J点抬高≥0.1mV,常伴sT段弓背向下型抬高及T波高尖的现象。于1936年由Shipley等首次描述。据调查普通人群中早期复极的发生率约为1%~13%,黑人、男性、年轻人、运动员中发生率较高。
