摘要
目的调查与分析医学生医学人文素质状况,探讨加强医学人文素质教育的有效措施。方法采用问卷调查了我院914名医学生医学人文素质状况,并就加强医学人文素质教育的有效措施进行了探讨。结果95.5%以上的医学生认为医学人文素质教育非常重要,但67.8%的医学生不了解我院的医学人文素质教育内容,55.6%的医学生对医学人文素质教育效果不满意。医学生素质(73.2%)、师资因素(63.9%)、课程设置(52.6%)和管理体制(46.4%)可影响医学人文素质教育的效果。提高对医学人文素质教育的认识、构建合理的医学人文素质教育课程内容体系、改进教学方法与手段、提高教师的教学水平和医学人文素质是加强医学人文素质培养的有效措施。结论医学人文素质是医学教育的主要内容,对培养知识、能力和职业素质三位一体的医学人才和促进医学发展有重要意义。
Objective To investigate and analyze the medical humanitic quality in medical students, and explore effective measures to strengthen the quality of the education. Methods A questionnaire was applied to survey the status on medical hu- manitics quality in 914 medical students, and the issues on strengthening this topic were explored. Results More than 95.50% of the students surveyed considered that medical humanities quality education was very important, 67.8% of them did not understand the content of the education, and 55.6,% of them dissatisfied with its results. The factors that would influence the result of the education were the quality of students (73.2%), teacher resources(63.9%), curriculum (52.6%) and system of administration (46.4%). Increasing the awareness of medical humanities quality education, building its reasonable curricula, improving the tea- ching level, raising the quality of teachers were effective measures to strengthen the education of this subject. Conclusion Medi- cal humanities quality is the main content of medical education, which has a great significance in training trinitarian medical workers with knowledge, ability and professional quality.
