吲哚-2,3-二酮抗痴呆作用的实验研究 被引量:2

DEMENTIA-RESISTANING EFFECT OF ISATIN ON DEMENTIA: AN EXPERIMENTAL STUDY

摘要 目的研究吲哚-2,3-二酮的抗痴呆作用。方法采用经典的东莨菪碱所致小鼠快速痴呆模型,利用Morris水迷宫设备,通过与经典的抗痴呆药物司来吉兰、脑复康作用对比,观察不同剂量的吲哚-2,3-二酮对痴呆小鼠学习记忆能力的改善作用。结果司来吉兰、脑复康和吲哚-2,3-二酮均可缩短痴呆小鼠找到平台的潜伏期(F=4.59~7.45,q=3.82~6.27,P<0.05)和上台前游泳路程(F=3.71~11.37,q=3.76~8.40,P<0.05),学习能力改善。平台撤掉后,司来吉兰、脑复康和吲哚-2,3-二酮各剂量组小鼠站台穿梭次数、站台所在象限游泳路程和站台所在象限游泳时间较模型组明显增加(F=4.30~6.62,q=3.77~6.46,P<0.05),记忆力改善明显。结论吲哚-2,3-二酮对东莨菪碱所致小鼠痴呆模型的学习记忆能力有改善作用。 Objective To study the resistant effect of isatin on dementia. Methods A rapid dementia model in mice was created by using a classic drug of scopolamine, the Morris water maze was applied to observe the effect of different doses of isa- tin on learning and memory ability of the mice. Results The selegiline, piracetam and isatin could shorten incubation period of demented mice in finding the platform (F=4.59 7.45,q-3.82 6.27,P〈0.05) and the distance before finding the seat (F= 3.71-11.37,q= 3.76-8.40, P〈0.05), and improve their learning ability. After withdrawing the platform, the memory of the mice in each dose group of selegiline, piracetam and isatin obviously improved vs those in model group (F= 4.30-6.62, q= 3.77- 6.46,P〈0.05). Conclusion Isatin can improve the learning and memory ability of demented model mice caused by scopolamine.
