摘要
目的探讨煤工尘肺患者两种采血方法对血气分析检查结果的影响,以选择更有利于患者的采血方法。方法选择国家安全生产监督管理局职工安全卫生研究所住院的并且生活能够自理的煤工尘肺患者40例,采集耳部末梢局部热敷后的动脉化耳血与挠动脉血进行血气分析检查,血气分析指标有pH值、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)、动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、碳酸氢(HCO3-)。采用SPSS 13.0统计软件包分析并处理数据,计量资料组间比较采用配对t检验。结果动脉化耳血和挠动脉血检查结果:PaCO2为(37.95±2.80)和(37.83±2.30)mmHg,PaO2为(78.28±10.06)和(79.15±10.10)mmHg、HCO3-为(23.80±2.03)和(23.68±2.13)mmol/L,两种检测结果比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论两种采血方法对血气分析的检查结果无明显影响,生活能够自理的煤工尘肺患者可采集动脉化耳血标本进行检测。
[Objective]To study the effect of two blood sampling methods on results of blood gas analysis in patients with coal worker pneumoconiosis,so as to choose the effective blood sampling method.[Methods]40 coal worker pneumoconiosis patients who can take care of themselves were collected from Institute of Occupational Safety and Health of State Administration of Work Safety.The arterialized earlobe blood samples which were sampled with local hot compress and the radial artery blood samples were collected for the blood gas analysis.The blood gas analysis indexes included pH value,arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2),arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2) and HCO-3.SPSS 13.0 statistical software was applied for data analysis,and the paired t test was conducted for group comparison of measurement data.[Results]The results of the arterialized earlobe blood samples and the radial artery blood samples were as follows: PaCO2 was(37.95±2.80) mmHg and(37.83±2.30) mmHg respectively,PaO2 was(78.28±10.06) and(79.15±10.10) mmHg respectively,HCO-3 was(23.80±2.03) mmol/L and(23.68±2.13) mmol/L respectively.The difference in results was not significant(all P0.05).[Conclusion]There is no significant difference in results of blood gas analysis between two blood sampling methods.It is possible to collect the arterialized earlobe blood sample from coal worker pneumoconiosis patients who can take care of themselves for blood gas analysis.
