摘要
目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)测定工作场所空气中钡(Ba)、钾(K)、钠(Na)、铊(Tl)及其化合物的方法。方法空气中金属及其化合物用微孔滤膜采集,3%硝酸溶液洗脱后,电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)测定。结果该方法检出限为0.13~7.9μg/L,各元素的加标回收率在92.0%~107.0%之间,相对标准偏差均小于10%。结论该方法简便、快速、准确且灵敏度高,可用于工作场所空气中多种金属及其化合物的同时检测。
[Objective]To establish a method for determination of Ba,K,Na,Tl and their compounds in workplace air by inductive coupled plasma-mass spectrum(ICP-MS).[Methods]The air metals and their compounds were collected by millipore filter and washed by 3% nitric acid and determined by ICP-MS[Results]The limits of detection were in the range of 0.13 μg/L to 7.9 μg/L,the recovery rates of standard were in the range of 92.0%-107.0%and the precision(RSD) were less than 10%.[Conclusion]The method is simple,rapid and accurate.It is suitable for the determination of metals and their compounds in workplace air simultaneously.
