摘要
可靠性是导弹武器装备重要战术技术指标,导弹武器装备的可靠性优化能够起到节约研制成本、提高装备性能的作用,对导弹武器装备的研制工作具有重要意义。针对费用和质量约束下的导弹装备可靠性优化问题,建立了通用的可靠性优化数学模型,并采用动态规划方法进行求解。通过对某型导弹前舱可靠性设计的优化分析,验证了方法的有效性,同时表明建立的数学模型能够解决部件费用、质量与备用元件数不成正比关系的系统可靠性优化问题,因此具有更广泛的适用性。
Reliability is an important tactical and technical index of missile weapon equipment. Reliability optimization for missile weapon equipment can save research cost and improve equipment ability, which has great significance in weapon equipment research phase. To solve reliability optimization problem which is restricted to cost and weight, a generalized missile weapon equipment reliability optimization model is established. Then, the model is solved by dynamic programming. The validity of the method is verified by an example. The calculation results show that the model can solve the reliability optimization problem that cost and weight are not direct proportion to spare parts amount. Thus, the model is more applicable.
