摘要
目的调查分析影响儿童计划免疫因素，有针对性地进行护理管理，将提高免疫接种率和免疫成功率，以提高人群免疫水平，达到控制乃至最终消灭针对疾病的目的。方法自行设计问卷，对80例符合国家和广东省规定免疫程序的儿童家长／监护人（儿童月龄为1～24月）进行问卷调查，将收集到的资料、数据运用统计学方法进行综合分析研究，根据影响因素，针对性地进行护理管理，一段时间后，再次调查，观察结果。结果护理管理前后家长／监护人对儿童计划免疫知识的认知程度比较，对比组之间的差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；本地常住儿童家长／监护人对儿童计划免疫知识的认知程度高于外地流动儿童家长／监护人（P〈0．05）；不同学历的认知比较，对比组之间的差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论家长／监护人对儿童计划免疫知识的认知程度是影响儿童计划免疫主要因素，且与居住稳定性、学历有关，同时与计划免疫过程中接种人员的素质，疫苗存储、运输和使用要求的冷链管理等各个环节的护理管理密切相关，所以落实、加强免疫过程的护理管理将能提高家长／监护人认知程度，更能提高免疫接种率和免疫成功率，减少预防接种副反应的发生，确保儿童计划免疫的效果和安全。
Objective To explore the influencing factors of children planning immunization. Targeted care management was carried out to increase the success rate of immunization and increase population immunity levels in order to achieve the purpose of controlling and eventually eliminating disease. Methods Eighty children＇s parents in accordance with national provisions and Guangdong Province immunization program were selected and investigated by the self - designed questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed statistically. According to the factors targeted nursing management was implemented. After some time survey was done again and the results were observed. Results There were significant differences in cognition degree of the knowledge about children planning immunization for children＇s parents between before and after nursing management, between local resident children＇s parents and the floating children＇s parents, between different education background （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Cognition degree of the knowledge about children planning immunization for children＇s parents was the main factors influencing the child immunization, and it was related to dwelling stability, education background, the staffs quality, vaccine storage and transport and so on. So implementation and strengthening of nursing management can enhance the cognition degree of children parents, improve the success rate of immunization, decrease the occurrence of adverse effects of vaccination and ensure the effectiveness and security of immunization for children
