摘要
目的对实施异位妊娠保守治疗的患者使用电磁波辐射器（TDP）照射，探讨电磁波辐射器照射对异位妊娠保守治疗患者的疗效。方法将实施了异位妊娠保守治疗的患者66例随机分两组，照射组33例，在患者实施保守治疗后，用特定的电磁波辐射器（TDP）照射护理，每日3次，每次20—30min；对照组的患者33例，不使用TDP照射护理，其余治疗方案均与照射组相同。结果照射组的患者比较对照组患者，住院天数减短（P〈0．05），胎盘绒毛膜促性腺激素（HCG）的含量下降较快（P〈0．05），治疗前两组患者差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），治疗后两组患者差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论通过对异位妊娠保守治疗后的患者使用特定电磁波辐身器照射护理，有明显的效果，值得推广应用。
Objective To discuss the effects of the electromagnetic radiation on ectopic pregnancy women with conservative treatment.Methods Sixty- six ectopic pregnancy women with conservative treatment were randomly divided into control group and radiation group,each group had 33 cases.In radiation group after implementation of conservative treatment,specific electromagnetic wave radiation device (TDP) was used for radiation nursing 3 times a day and 20 ～ 30 min per time.While TDP was not used in control group.Results The patients of radiation group were compared with patients of control group,hospitalized days were shorter (P＜0.05),the content of human placenta of gonadotropins (HCG) decreased faster (P＜0.05),after treatment,there was obvious difference between two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusions The application of specific electromagnetic wave radiation device for ectopic pregnancy women with conservative ireatment was obvious effects and worthy spreadiug.
