摘要
采用Fenton试剂分别处理含苯酚、间甲酚、邻甲酚废水,研究了COD去除效果、ORP用于反应过程控制的可行性及动力学特性。结果表明,Fenton试剂对3种含酚废水均具有较好的处理效果,较高的Fenton试剂投量会降低H2O2的利用率。在Fenton试剂投加量不足时,反应过程中ORP呈现先快速升高而后趋于平缓的规律,其变化和COD的变化具有相关性,可将ORP作为分批投加Fenton试剂的控制参数。不同废水的COD降解过程均符合二级动力学模式,反应的半衰期长短为邻甲酚>苯酚>间甲酚。
Fenton reagent has been used for treating wastewater containing phenol,m-cresol and o-cresol, respectively. The removal effect of COD,feasibility of ORP used for controlling reacting course and kinetics characteristics are investigated. The results show that Fenton reagent has good treatment capacity for the three types of wastewaters. Higher Fenton reagent dosage can reduce the rate of utilization of H2O2. When the dosage of Fenton reagent is insufficient,it appears that ORP increases rapidly first, and then gets gentle during the reaction process. The changes of ORP have correlation with the changes of COD and it can be used as the parameter for controlling the dosage of Fenton reagent in batches. The COD degradation process of different kinds of wastewater complies with the model of secondary-order kinetics, and the length of reaction half-life is o-cresol〉phenol〉m-cresol.
