摘要
本文首先论述了职业培训的定义、国内的政策法规与职业培训体系包含的各项工作,体现了职业培训的重要性与体系的完整性、复杂性。然后以中国家具协会、红星美凯龙等6个单位为例介绍了国内家具企业的培训现状,并从企业没有重视培训;培训未结合企业自身情况;培训教材、师资力量薄弱;职业培训对象、内容与方式的单一;未建立培训制度;未做好培训评估与后续跟踪工作这六方面深入的分析了职业培训的现存问题。
This article firstly briefly discussed the definition of vocational training, domestic policies, regulations and all the works in vocational training system, showed the importance, integrity and complexity of vocational training system, and then, introduced the current situation of vocational training of the domestic furniture industry with six examples. At last, did in-depth analysis of six existing problems of vocational training ,including do not attach importance to training; training is not combined with their own situation; weak in training materials and teachers; contain a single mode and vocational training objects; do not establish the training system; not do a good job of training evaluation and follow-up work.
