摘要
多机场终端区内各机场之间共享某些离场空域资源。当这些公共资源容量受限时,各机场的离场航班需地面等待。为了降低延误损失,提出了一种多机场联合放行策略。在多元受限约束下,考虑机型、航班延误成本和机场优先级等因素,以最小化总延误成本为目标,建立多机场联合放行模型。用遗传算法求解模型,仿真结果表明该优化模型能合理规划终端区内离场航班的起飞时刻,减少了航空公司的运营成本。
Airports in multi-airport terminal area share some public airspace resources,which are used for departure.When capacities of the public airspace resources are limited,flights of the airports need to keep ground holding.To reduce the delay loss,a strategy of union flights clearance was proposed.Based on multi-restriction constraints,a model of multi-airport union flights delivery was built with consideration of the flight types,delay cost and airport priority.The objective of the model is to minimize the delay cost.A genetic algorithm was designed to solve the proposed model.The simulation results show that the optimization model can scheme the departure time of the flights reasonably,and thus reduce the operation cost of the airlines.
