摘要
"菀陈则除之"是《黄帝内经》有关针刺活血化瘀治则的重要论述,对后世影响深远。试从该原则指导下临床常见的点刺、络刺、散刺、挑刺、刺络拔罐五种刺法入手,介绍各刺法的操作手法和主治病症,评价其疗效并提出需要进一步研究明确的问题。
The principle of removing blood stasis was the discourse on removing blood stasis by acupuncture,which has been significantly influential to the later generations.Taking the five needling techniques based on this classical principle including point bloodletting,collateral bloodletting,scattered pricking to induce bleeding,flicking bloodletting,and cupping following collateral bloodletting as the entry points,this paper is to review their manipulating techniques,the main indications,and to make an overall assessment on their efficacy as well as to put forward questions in need of further research.
