摘要
采用泡沫技术对棉织物进行抗皱整理,分析了发泡体系、泡沫施加过程及焙烘条件对整理效果的影响。试验结果表明,在发泡体系中,工作液发泡比增大,整理织物的折皱回复角减小;随着发泡体系中稳定剂浓度的增大,织物抗皱性变差;泡沫施加速度加快,织物的折皱回复性变差。优化的泡沫整理焙烘条件为温度160℃,时间4 min。
Anti-wrinkle finish of cotton fabric is carried out with foam finishing technology. Factors exerting influence on finishing results are discussed, such as foaming system, foam applying process and curing conditions. The results show that the wrin-kle recovery angle of the treated fabric decreases with increasing of the foaming ratio, concentration of stabilizer as well as application speed of foam. The optimum curing process in foam finishing is temperature 160℃ and time 4 min.
