摘要
目的:通过对住院医师沟通能力现状的调查与分析,探讨医患沟通教育和客观评价的途径与方法。方法:采用多源反馈评估法,分别从患者、主治医生、护士和自我评价等多角度对某医科大学2所教学医院的住院医师进行评估。结果:不同评价者对住院医师沟通能力的评价结果不同,且差异有显著性意义;住院医师沟通能力较差,亟待提高。
Objective : Through the investigation and analysis on the status of resident physician communication skills, to ex- plore the approaches and methods of the education of communication between doctor and patient and its objective evaluation. Methods: Multi-source feedback assessment method was used to assess the resident physicians of 2 teaching hospitals of a medical university from patients, doctors, nurses and self-evaluation perspectives. Result: Different evaluators gave different evaluation scores to the communication skills of resident physicians, and the differences have significant meaning, and the communication skill of resident physicians is poor and needs to be improved.
