摘要
以高校人文社会科学科研工作者对于学术道德与诚信状况的评价为研究视角,基于对全国42所高校3 805名人文社会科学科研工作者进行的问卷调查,以及对专家学者的专题访谈,结合定性与定量分析,针对学术道德与诚信状况的判断、违背学术道德与诚信的行为及其危害、对科研工作者自身和外部因素的分析以及改善学术道德与诚信状况的措施等问题进行研究的结果显示:高校人文社会科学科研工作者对目前的学术道德与诚信状况大体满意,但认为如果不采取进一步的防范措施,会有一定下滑趋势;违背学术道德与诚信的主要表现形式体现于学术成果产生和学术资源与荣誉获取过程中,影响学术道德与诚信状况的自身因素和外部因素主要是自身学术道德意识薄弱与学术道德与诚信监督管理措施不足。针对上述问题,应从学术道德培养、完善制度建设、加强执行与监督等方面加强对学术道德的规范和监督,推进学术诚信建设。
From the perspective of researchers and administrators in humanities and social sciences at universities in China, and based on the survey of 3805 respondents in 42 universities and in-depth interviews, this article analyzes the status of academic ethnics and good faith, the typical practices violating the academic ethnics and norms, their negative impacts, the relevant factors, and policy recommendations. The research findings indicate that the majority of researchers and administrators are satisfied with the current status, however, if no further countermeasures to be taken, the situation may tend to be worsened. The typical violating behaviors are in the process of research output, obtaining academic resources and honors, the internal and external determinants include the lack of awareness of academic ethnics and the poor monitoring and supervising measures on academic ethnics and good faith. According to the findings, the article recommends to take further actions to enhance the training of academic ethnics, improve the relevant administrative and academic systems, and enhance the implementation of existing regulations.
