摘要
学生评教作为一项反映教师教学质量的措施,已成为绝大多数高校的一项常规性制度。经过多年的实践,越来越多的高校认识到要提高学生评教指标的有效性,需要了解教师与学生两大主体的现实关注。本文在实证研究基础上,梳理出受师生关注的5大类评教指标,并对师生关注的侧重点和子类进行区分,以期为评教指标的改进提供依据。
Students" evaluation of teaching, as a measure to reflect the teaching quality of teachers, has become a routine system in most colleges and universities. After many years of practice, more and more colleges and universities have realized the importance of understanding the realistic concerns of teachers and students in order to improve the teaching evaluation index system and better reflect the actual quality of teaching. Based on a questionnaire survey, this paper classifies teaching evaluation indices into five categories and distinguishes focuses of concern between teachers and students so as to provide a reference for the improvement of teaching evaluation index system.
