相关分析表明,春小麦经济产量性状耐缺磷程度和对加磷反应敏感性与成熟期性状呈高度正相关,而与中期性状呈中低度正相关,与含磷量则不相关;与供磷下各性状除了穗粒数和穗粒重外,均不相关。缺磷下磷利用效率除与含磷量高度负相关、与吸磷量中度负相关外,与其它形态性状均无相关性。成熟期性状可作为经济产量耐缺磷程度和对加磷反应敏感性的指标性状;用苗期或前期性状则不可靠;但中期干物重和根系性状可指示吸磷能力大小;供磷下性状表现也不能用来表征春小麦品种(系)的产量耐缺磷能力和对加磷反应的敏感性。
varieties of spring wheat were planted under phosphorus deficiency(-P) and phosphorus application(+P) conditions. Morphological characters and characters related to phosphorus uptake and concentration were investigated at flag leaf spreading period and at mature period, respectively. Correlation analysis of characters showed that tolerance to phosphorus stress and sensitivity to phosphorus application of grain yield traits were related high positively to morphological traits at mature period, medium positively to morphological traits observed at flag leaf spreading period and not related to phosphorus content in above ground parts at flag leaf spreading period under phosphorus deficiency condition and traits except for grain number and weight per ear under phosphorus application condition ,respectively. The phosphorus use efficiency at flag leaf spreading period under phosphorus stress condition was related high negatively to phosphorus concentration in above-ground parts at flag leaf spreading period, medium negatively to phosphorus content per plant at same period and not related to morphological traits observed. The morphological traits at mature period under phosphorus deficiency can be used as index to reflect the tolerance to phosphorus stress and sensitivity to phosphorus application of grain yield traits, but the traits at flag leaf spreading period and under phosphorus application condition can not be used. The dry weight of above-ground and number of secondary root can be used as index to reflect the uptake ability of phosphorus.
