摘要
在世界金融危机引起世界经济低迷的关键时期,中国政府以高度负责任大国的风范,及时调整经济增长中"三驾马车"的主从关系,作出拉动内需的战略抉择,促进了国内经济发展的持续走好,带动了世界经济的强劲反弹,让国民称道,令世界瞩目。然而,在后金融危机时代靠什么拉动消费、在边际需求递减的规律下提高什么人的收入、建设什么样的长效机制才能让居民敢于消费、持续性消费增长需要怎么样的顶层设计等一系列的问题需要我们去研究探索。
At the critical period of the global economic downturn caused by the world financial crisis, the Chinese government, on be- half of a large responsible country, timely adjusts the relationship of three carriages terms of economic growth. The government makes strategic choice by stimulating domestic demands so that it promotes the continuous domestic economic development and drives the strong rebound of world economy, which highly impresses Chinese nationals and also raises the world's attention. However, we still need to think about what can be done to pull national consumption at the time of post financial crisis. We also need to learn whose income should be in- creased in the rule of the decreasing marginal demands. This paper aims to explore the long-term effective methods to encourage con- sumers" purchase and the strategy to ensure sustainable consumption.
