摘要
以火炮用药筒为研究对象,对其退壳力随切线模量的变化规律进行了研究。在初始间隙不变的前提下,借助ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件,通过改变切线模量可建立残余变形与等效应力随其变化关系,从而间接得出药筒退壳力随材料切线模量的变化规律。结果表明,药筒的退壳力随残余变形及退壳前等效应力的增大而增大,随切线模量的增大而减小,增大切线模量有利于改善药筒退壳性能。
Taking cannon cartridge cases as the research object, the variation law of cartridge cases extraction force with tangent modulus of materials was studied. In the same condition of initial clearance, with ANSYS/LS-DYNA software, the relationship between the residual deformation and equivalent stress and the tangent modulus was established to derive the influence law of residual deformation and equivalent stress on the extraction force. The numerical results show that the extraction force increases with the raise of residual deformation and equivalent stress before extraction, and decreases with the increase of tangent modulus. Increasing the tangent modulus is beneficial for improving the extraction property of cartridge case.
