摘要
特拉华州和英国吸引了其他州或者欧盟成员国来本州或者本国进行注册,造成这一现象的原因不仅在于制度本身的吸引力,也在于制度之外相关运作体制的配合。所以,为了保持我国公司法制的竞争力,我们不仅需要保持制度的先进性,还需要关注制度的运作环境。
Delaware and England both attract other state and other country＇ s corporate. The reasons of this phenomenon lies in the system itself not only attractive and outside related operation system lies in the system of cooperation. So, in order to maintain the competitiveness of the legal system of our country company, we not only need to maintain the advanced nature of the system, but also need to focus on the system operation environment.
