摘要
基于硝基咪唑类化合物有着广泛的抗微生物活性,合成了2,2′-联咪唑的单硝基NO2Hbiim和二硝基(NO2)2biim两种衍生物,通过元素分析、紫外光谱、红外光谱、热重分析对其进行了表征,并采用紫外光谱法、荧光光谱法和粘度法研究了二者与小牛胸腺DNA(ct-DNA)的相互作用。结果表明,化合物结构的共平面性对其与DNA的插入作用有较大的影响。
In view of the nitroimidazole compounds having antimicrobic activity in a wide range, two nitro- derivatives of 2,2'-biimidazole,NOz Hbiim and (NOz)zbiim, had been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, UV, IR and TG-DSC. The binding of the compounds with calf thymus DNA were investigated by UV, fluorescence spectrum and viscosity measurement. The results indicated that the coplanarity of the com- pound structure had a greater impact on its insertion into DNA.
