摘要
以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚酯864、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、有机硅偶联剂A110为主要原料,以水性聚氨酯和有机硅改性化学反应理论为基础,探讨了预聚和扩链反应工艺(R值、扩链剂用量、预聚和扩链反应温度及时间)等对合成速率及产品性能的影响,确定了合成水性聚氨酯的最佳工艺。
Using toluene diisocyanate (TDI),864 polyester polyol,dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA) and organic silicone coupling agent A110 as the main raw materials and on the basis of theory of the modification reaction between waterborne polyurethane and organic silicone,the effects of prepolymerizing and chain extending processes,such as R value,chain extender amount,and temperature and time during prepolymerizing and chain extending reactions,on the reaction rate and product properties were investigated.The optimal process conditions of synthesis of the waterborne polyurethane were determined.
