摘要
介绍一种新型五电平中性点箝位(NPC)/H逆变器并研究了基于60°坐标系的三段式SVPWM算法。与七段式SVPWM算法相比,在器件开关频率相同的情况下,该算法的逆变器等效开关频率高,输出电压谐波含量小,器件开关损耗低。利用Matlab仿真软件,对该算法进行研究。为验证该算法,搭建了基于DSP+FPGA的五电平NPC/H逆变器实验样机,实验结果证明了该算法的优点。
This paper introduces a novel five-level neutral-point clamped (NPC)/H-bridge converter and researches a 3-segment SVPWM algorithm in 60° coordinate system.Compared with the 7-segment SVPWM,the output spectrum of the 3-segment SVPWM shows higher inverter equivalent switching frequency,lower harmonic spectrum and lesser device switching loss when the device switching frequency is same.The 3-segment SYPWM algorithm is researched by Matlab software and tested on a five-level NPC/H-bridge prototype controlled by DSP and FPGA.The experimental results consistently verify the above-mentioned features.
