摘要
以青海湖水体11个采样点的75个水样为研究对象,测定水体总磷浓度和溶解性磷浓度,同时测定其他相关因子。结果表明:溶解性磷对总磷的贡献较低,但水中磷的形态较为复杂,溶解性磷并不是水中磷的主要形态。青海湖水中总磷浓度与pH、DO浓度、高锰酸盐指数具有显著负相关性,而与叶绿素a浓度、藻类生物量呈显著正相关;5月、7月和9月水体总磷浓度分别为0.039~0.320、0.067~0.197和0.037~0.080mg/L;沙岛、江西沟码头采样点3个月(5月、7月和9月)间总磷浓度存在显著差异(P<0.05);151码头、鸟岛、青海湖农场采样点9月与其他2个月(5月和7月)间总磷浓度存在显著差异(P<0.05),5月和7月间无显著差异;沙柳河采样点5月与其他2个月(7月和9月)间总磷浓度无显著差异,7月和9月间存在显著差异(P<0.05);湖心3#、黑马河采样点5月与其他2个月(7月和9月)间总磷浓度存在显著差异(P<0.05),7月和9月间无显著差异;布哈河、湖心7#、泉吉河采样点3个月(5月、7月和9月)间总磷浓度无显著差异。
Seventy-five samples by eleven vertical lines in Qinghai Lake were estabhshed to measure the totoal phosphorus in the lake. The concentration of TP displayed a significant negative correlation with pH, dissolved oxygen (DO) and permanganate index, while showing a significant positive correlation with chlorophyll-a and algal biomass. The range of TP concentration in the lake was from 0.039 to 0.320 mg/L in May, from 0.067 to 0. 197 mg/L in July, and from 0.037 to 0.080 mg/L in September, respectively. There was a concentration in May, July and September ( P 〈 0.05 ) in Sand Island and Jiangxigou T significant difference in TP erminal sampling sites. The TP concentration in September showed a significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ) from that in May and July in 151 Terminal, Birds Island and Qinghai Lake Farm sampling sites. The TP concentration in May and July displayed no significant difference. In Shaliu River sampling site, the concentration of TP had no significant difference in May, July and September, but the TP concentration in July and September had a significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ). Moreover, for Lake Center 3^# and Heima River sampling sites, the concentration of TP existed a significant difference in May, July and September ( P 〈 0. 05 ), and the TP concentration in July and September had no significant difference. Furthermore, no significant difference of TP concentration was found in May, July and September in Buha River, Lake Center 7^# and Quanji River sampling sites.
