摘要
为研究棕色棉色素的种类及其分子结构,采用聚酰胺柱层析、高效液相色谱(HPLC)、制备液相色谱对天然棕色棉色素进行分离。结果表明,聚酰胺柱可有效地将棕色棉色素分段富集,依据分段后色素的颜色、HPLC图可知棕色棉色素由2部分组成,利用反相C18制备柱反复分离得到了其中一部分色素混合物中的2种有色成分和1种无色成分,但是反相制备柱不能将另一部分色素有效分离,依据该部分色素的各种色谱保留行为可推测其可能由一系列结构十分相似的多酚类化合物组成。
Aiming at exploring the components and the specific molecular structure of natural brown cotton pigments,the high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) with polyamide as the column was used to separate pigments extracted from natural brown cotton fiber.The results showed that the pigment extract can be successfully fractionated by polyamide column chromatography,and the pigments consist of two fractions for their different colors and HPLC chromatograms of elution segments.Two colored component and one colorless component were separated from water elution segment by C18-reversed-phase chromatography,but the other segment can not be separated by this chromatography column,and according to the retention action on chromatography columns,this part of pigment may belong to a series of polyphenol compounds that have very similar structures.
