摘要
为探索在低温环境下使用的羽绒服和防寒服等服装面料的手感随着环境温度的变化所呈现出的规律,在现有试验条件下,分别设定20、-5、-15、-25℃温度点,通过搭建的简易测试装置测试并对比研究结构参数相近的PTT织物和锦纶织物的弯曲性能和剪切性能,通过在不同温度下织物的弯曲和剪切性能的变化来描述织物的手感变化和差异。试验结果表明,随着温度降低,这2类织物的手感都会变得僵硬,但锦纶织物变硬的程度比PTT织物要高许多。
To explore the change rule of temperature-related hand feeling of down jackets or cold weather wears under cold environmental condition,the bending and shearing properties of PTT and nylon fabrics with similar structural parameters were tested at 20,-5,-15,-25 ℃,respectively.The change of bending and shearing properties of the fabrics at different temperatures were used to describe the change of fabric hand feeling.The results demonstrated that the hand feeling of the two types of fabric become stiff along with the temperature going down.However,nylon fabric becomes much stiffer than PTT fabric at the same temperature.
