摘要 以知识管理理论为指导,结合图书馆馆员培训实际,设计了一套完整的基于知识管理的馆员培训流程。主要对基于知识管理的馆员培训的含义及要素进行了界定,并且详细论述了从培训需求的评价、培训方案制定、培训实施管理、培训的反馈与评估的基于知识管理的馆员培训的整个流程,有助于提升馆员素质,使图书馆员工培训工作更加规范有效。 This paper presents training for librarians on knowledge management,coupled with the training reality of library.Definition and elements for it are absolutely determined first.We also have discussed the training needs assessment,training program development,training implementation management,training feedback and evaluation of the entire process.It will help us to improve the quality of librarians,and make the training more effective.
