The author principally introduces the main contents, indexes and methods of revising National Standard Soft White Sugar, and discusses on the opinion of revising the Standard, some parts of indexes and test methods. The revised edition is conformable to the development of National Standard, standardization of product management and promotions on the healthy expansion for the industry.
