非对称渐开线直齿轮弯曲应力的有限元分析

摘要 对非对称渐开线直齿轮的弯曲应力进行有限元分析。基于Pro/ENGINEER软件建立了非对称渐开线直齿轮的参数化模型,并通过ANSYS软件建立齿轮的有限元模型。通过对有限元模型的应力分析,得到了非对称/对称渐开线直齿轮在不同啮合点处的位移和应力分布。不同参数条件下的结果表明:适当的增大工作侧压力角对于提高齿轮的传动性能是非常有利的。 The bending stress analysis of the spur gear with asymmetric involute is presented based on the finite element method. The para- metrical model of the spur gear with asymmetric involutes is established using the software Pro/ENGINEER, and the finite element model for this kind of gear is then put forward. Moreover, the displacement and stress distribution of the spur gear with asymmetric/symmetric involutes are obtained, respectively, by means of the modal analysis to the finite element model. The results under the different conditions show that in- creasing the pressure angle appropriately of the working side is benefit to improve the transmission performance.
