摘要
深化两岸产业合作对于夯实两岸关系和平发展的经济基础、加深两岸经济结构性与深层次相互依赖、推进两岸产业转型升级与产业对接、促进两岸经济整合与两岸经济的共同发展具有重要的战略意义。两岸要充分把握世界经济格局变化与全球产业发展趋势,结合大陆"十二五规划"与台湾"黄金十年"发展规划,确立两岸产业合作重点与领域,进一步完善产业合作机制,创新两岸产业合作模式,加快两岸产业转型升级,提高产业合作水平。
It is of strategic significance to deepen the cross-Strait industrial cooperation so as to consolidate the basis of the peaceful development of the cross-Strait relations,to deepen the structural and deep-seated interdependence of the cross-Strait economies and to promote the transformation,upgrading and connection of cross-Strait industries.It is also conducive to promote the integration and common development of the cross-Strait economies.By combining the 12th Five-Year Plan of the Chinese mainland with ＂the Golden Decade＂ of Taiwan,and taking the full advantages of the changes of the world economic pattern and the development trends of the global industry,the two sides of the Taiwan Strait should establish the focus and the field,further integrating the mechanism and innovative mode of the cross-Strait industrial cooperation.It is also necessary to speed up the transformation,upgrading and connection of cross-Strait industries and upgrade the level of the industrial cooperation.
