摘要
从近年来中医药治疗缺氧性肺动脉高压的文献报道看，中医药对肺循环有选择性降压作用，对体循环的影响较小，有正性心脏肌力作用，对血气无不利影响，中医中药有较好的应用前景和潜在的开发价值。但目前对整体和原发病治疗研究尚不够。
In light of the literatures in the recent years on anoxic pulmonary hypertension treated by Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine had selective hypotensive effect on pulmonary circulation and little effect on systemic circulation,consequently resulted in positive cardiac myodynamia and did no harm to blood gas.Thus Chinese medicine had better applied prospect and potential developmental value.However,at present somatic and protopathic treatment still remain inadequate.
