摘要
利用蜂蚜同接技术饲养烟蚜茧蜂,结果表明,蚜源的寄生率控制在47%左右,平均每株接蚜2.8头/株,饲养18 d后最高繁蚜量可达11万头/m2,饲养23 d后单位面积可获得4.9万头/m2以上的僵蚜量,繁蚜和繁蜂效益较高。
Simultaneous inoculating technology was used to mass rear Aphidius gifuensis. Results showed that a desirable rearing benefit could be achieved with the parasitical ratio of Aphidius gifuensis on tobacco aphids of 47% and inoculating 2.8 aphids per plant. The amount of aphids could reach 110 thousand aphids per square meters after 18 days of rearing, and the amount of stiff aphids could reach 4. 9 thousand per square meters after 23 days of rearing.
