加快唐山市文化产业发展,需要从彻底解放思想,明确主攻方向;深化综合改革,优化资源配置;深度挖掘内涵,突出地域特色;承接产业转移,打造高附加值的文化产业链等方面抢抓发展机遇,大力提升全市经济社会发展的软实力和综合竞争力,把唐山建成名副其实的文化和经济强市。
To facilitate the development of cultural industry in Tanghshan City,many opportunities must be seized from the aspects of emancipating the mind fully and being clear with the main direction, deepening comprehensive innovation and optimizing resource allocation, excavating the connotation deeply and highlighting the geographical features, carrying on industry transfer and forging the cultural industry chain with high additional value. Therefore, the city＇s soft power and the overall competitiveness will be greatly enhanced and Tangshan will be built as a real strong cultural and economic city.
