摘要
运用自我同一性地位量表,对135名80后大学生的自我同一性状况进行了调查。结果显示,在校大学生和大学毕业生同一性状态存在显著差异,总体上大学毕业生同一性整合水平高于在校大学生。这说明工作经验促进了大学生自我同一性的整合。
Using the scale of self-identity status, we investigated the identity status of 135 college students born after the 1980s. The result showed that there were significant differences between undergraduates' and graduates' identity status and the graduates' identity status is higher than that of undergraduates, which shows that working experience plays a great role in forming college students' self-identity.
