摘要
随着事业单位人事制度改革的推进,高校工资制度改革已成必然趋势,工资制度的改革关键在于岗位绩效工资的落实。科学的岗位绩效工资制度能有效提高高校教职工工作积极性和创造性。文中从高校岗位绩效工资制度的演变及其科学内涵,分析高校实行岗位绩效工资制度的现状,有针对性地提出了几点探索性的建议。
With the advance of reform of personnel system Institutions, the reform of the college and universities wage system has become an inevitable trend, the key to the wage system reform is the implementation of job performance wage. Scientific job performance wage system can effectively improve the enthusiasm and creativity of the college and universities staff to work. From job performance wage system evolution and its scientific connotation of college and universities, this paper analyze the status of the college and universities job performance wage system, and puts forward a few exploratory recommendations.
