白银小铁山铜铅锌硫多金属矿提高铜回收率浮选工艺研究 被引量:8

摘要 从工艺矿物学入手,在光谱定性、多元素定量分析的前提下,针对有价元素展开了矿物组成、结构构造、物相分析、粒度特性和嵌镶特征等研究,并结合笔者的工作经验制定了试验方案,然后进行了详细的析因条件试验,并分别以铜系统闭路试验、全流程闭路试验进行验证,取得了满意的分选指标,其中铜品位大于22%、铜回收率大于83%,为合理利用国家矿产资源、为现场技术改造提供了详实的试验依据。 According to the technological mineralogy of the ore, some testing programs of valuable elements have been carried out about the mineral composition, the configuration, the phase analysis, the granularity and the occurrence on the premise of qualitative spectral and multi--elements analysis. According to the the author work exeperience, the optimum technological parameters and processes have been chosen, and the closed circuit fluid tests have been operated, which have a wonderful separation indexes with copper grade more than 22% and copper recovery more than 83%. It was beneficial to fully utilize the limited mineral resources of the state and offer full and accurate considerations for testing.
