摘要
目的探讨内科病房实施个性化护理模式的效果。方法选取各内科患者320例,随机分为常规整体护理组和个性化护理组,个性化护理组在实行常规护理的基础上,根据患者自身特点实行个性化护理,建立开放式电话咨询和随访制度,患者出院时进行问卷调查,统计患者及家属反馈对护理工作满意度和患者对疾病康复认知程度等问卷调查结果,评价护理质量,同时收集两组患者的死亡率以及半年、1年的再住院率。结果个性化护理组对护理工作满意度达96.1%,明显高于常规护理组(P<0.05);个性化护理组出院后半年内的再住院率为7.9%,低于常规护理组(P<0.05);个性化护理组患者对疾病康复认知程度总体高于常规护理组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个性化护理模式能明显提高护理质量,有利于患者康复。
Objective To explore the effect of personalized nursing model implemented in medical ward. Methods A total of 320 cases medical patients were randomly divided into conventional holistic nursing group and personalized nursing group. The patients of personalized nursing group were cared according to their characteristics besides conventional care, and open telephone consultation and follow-up system were built. The quality of nursing job was evaluated through the hospital questionnaire including the feedback of patients and their family to nursing job, the cognitive degree of patients recovering from illness, and so on. At the same time, the mortality of patients and readmission rates half a year and 1 year after discharging from hospital in two groups were collected. Results The degree of satisfaction of patients to nursing job in personalized nursing group was 96.1%, significantly higher than that in the conventional care group (P 〈 0.05), and the overall cognitive degree of patients recovering from illness in personalized nursing group was also higher (P 〈 0.05). The readmission rates half a year after discharging from hospital was 7.9%, lower than that in the conventional care group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The personalized nursing model can obviously improve the quality of nursing and contribute to the recover of patients from illness.
