摘要
为充分发挥教学督导在教学质量管理过程中的作用,高职院校督导运行机制应实现"三个转变":明确质量目标,由对教师教学行为督导向专业督导转变;重心下移,由校级督导向构建校院两级督导转变;质量评价,由校内评价向校内外评价转变。
In order to give full play to the role of teaching supervision in the process of teaching quality management, high vocational college supervision operating mechanism should implement "three transformations" : clear quality target, transformation from supervision by teacher' s teaching behavior to the professional supervision; lower center of gravity, transformation from the college -level steering to the school -to- college two level steering; quality evaluation, transformation from evaluation by the school to the internal and external evaluation.
