摘要
伺服电机驱动控制器以其全数字化、高度集成化、智能化等优点在工业机器人、数控机床、大规模集成电路制造、雷达和各种军用武器随动系统等方面得到广泛应用。提供了一种新型的智能重构柔性驱动控制器设计方法,通过矢量控制理论建立电机控制算法,并建立永磁同步电机的仿真模型,利用数字信号处理芯片DSP与可编程逻辑器件CPLD相结合搭建驱动器运算控制、信号采集和数据通信等相关电路模块的组合架构,并采用上位机软件根据控制对象的目标参数和状态参数的变化,实时改变控制策略动态优化调整参数。实验结果表明,此驱动控制器性能良好。
Servo drive controller,with its advantages such as full digital integration,highly integrated and intelligence is widely used in industrial robots,machine tools and large scale integrated circuit manufacturing,radar and all kinds of military weapon systems.This paper provides a new intelligent reconstruction flexible drive controller design,to build a motor control algorithm and the simulation model of permanent magnet synchronous motor through the vector control theory.Digital signal processing chip DSP and programmable logic device CPLD are used to build a drive controller combination to complete operation control,signal acquisition and data communications.According to the target parameters of controlled object and state parameter changes,PC software is used to change the control strategy and parameters in time.Experimental results show that this drive controller has good performance.
