摘要
应用有限元的方法模拟了异步轧制过程,并对轧制压力进行了分析研究。轧制压力的模拟结果与理论计算结果吻合较好。模拟结果表明,随着速比的增加,轧制压力逐渐减小并趋于稳定。对异步轧机的设计和轧制工艺的制定具有参考意义和应用价值。
Using finite element method(FEM), asymmetric rolling process was simulated and the rolling force was analyzed. The simulated results were in good agreement with analytical results. The simulated results showed that rolling force decreased to a stable value as the speed ratio increased. It is of great importance to the design of asymmetric rolling mill and setting down of rolling schedules.
