摘要
利用白色双孢蘑菇和棕色双孢蘑菇之间杂交,构建10个杂交菌株;对亲株和杂交菌株进行了ISSR分子标记分析,建立遗传相似系数树状聚类图。结果表明,12个菌株遗传相似系数介于0.539~0.839之间,在相似系数为0.66水平上将杂交菌株和亲株划分为3个类群;杂交菌株之间在产量上差异较大,平均产量在0.30~5.73 kg/m2之间,其中产量高于亲株的杂交菌株有3个,杂交菌株子实体颜色为棕色和浅棕色;产量高和子实体颜色浅的杂交菌株,与亲株白色双孢蘑菇之间遗传关系较近,而与2个亲株之间遗传关系较远的杂交菌株,产量低。
:10 Agadctts bisporus strains were constructed with the hybrid breeding between brown and white Agaricus bisporus,12 strains, in- cluding 10 Agaricus b/sporus strains and their two parents of brown and white Agadctts b/sporus, were studied with ISSR( Inter-Simple Se- quence Repeat)method and the dendrogram was generated by UPGMA(unweighted pairgroup method with arithmetic average) methed based on the similarity coefficient of ISSR patterns. The results showed that the similarity coefficients of 12 strains ranged from 0.539 - 0. 839, and all strains were clustered into 3 groups based on the similarity d 0.66. Cultivation results revealed that there were significant differences a- mong fields of 10 hybrids, and their average yields ranged from 0.30 -73 kg/m^2, among which the average yields of 3 hybrids were higher than that of their parents, and their fruiting bodies were brown and light brown. Comparative study between ISSR and cultivation showed that the hybrids, which yielded well and of which the fruiting bodies were light brown, had closer genetic relationships with their white parent, and the hybrids, which had a farther genetic distance from their two parents, yielded poorly.
