抗凝治疗在妇产科中的应用效果观察 被引量：5

摘要 目的:探讨妇产科中抗凝治疗的临床应用效果。方法:选择本院2009年5月-2011年5月收治的妇产科患者60例,针对不同疾病形式进行抗凝治疗,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:患者水肿、下肢胀痛临床症状消失,均治愈出院,无脑、肺栓塞等并发症发生。多普勒检查患者静脉回流通畅,早期溶栓后血栓消失,无严重并发症发生。结论:针对不同的妇产科疾病进行抗凝治疗,明显提高了患者生存质量。
