摘要
采用热水浸提法提取迷迭香多糖,用活性炭脱色,以脱色率和多糖保留率为指标,考察了活性炭用量、脱色时间和脱色温度对多糖脱色效果的影响。结果表明,迷迭香多糖活性炭脱色最佳工艺条件为:活性炭用量1.0%,脱色时间60 min,脱色温度80℃。在此条件下,脱色率为82.44%,多糖保留率为55.72%。
It extracted Rosmarinus officinalis L. polysaccharide using water extract method, with activated carbon decoloration, the effects of active carbon dosage, decolorization time and decolorization temperature on decolorization behavior were studied with decolorization rate and polysaccharide retention rate as inde- xes. The optimum decolorization conditions were as follows: active carbon dosage 1.0%, decolorization time 60 min, decolorization temperature 80℃. Under above conditions, the decolorization rate and the re- tention rate of polysaccharide was 82.44% and 55.72%.
