摘要
以咪唑啉和乙二胺为主要原料,复配了一种新型水溶性咪唑啉缓蚀剂A-4,通过静态、动态等实验方法测定咪唑啉缓蚀剂在不同酸介质中、不同添加浓度、不同温度等条件下的缓蚀性能。结果表明,复配的咪唑啉缓蚀剂在加入量为15 mg/L,温度为50℃,pH值为2.52,转速为120 r/min时,对A3钢片具有一定的缓蚀性能,其缓蚀率可达到98.59%。
A novel water-solubility corrosion inhibition of imidazoline A-4 was complexed by imidazoline and ethylenediamine anhydrous as main raw material. Analysed property of corrosion inhibition of imidazo- line in different acid,in different concentration and in different temperature through static weight and dy- namic weight loss method. Results showed that A3 steel with a certain degree of the corrosion inhibition and the inhibition rate of 98.59% after added into 15 mg/L eorrosion inhibition of imidazoline A-4 ,tem- perature was 50℃ ,pH 2.52 and rotate speed 120 r/rain.
