摘要
"运动科学"(exercise science)"与"体育科学"(sports science)"的认识和区分,是开展一切相关工作的前提。近几年随着运动与体育科学的研究实践与理论更新,国际上,这2个最基本的概念逐步走向相对独立和清晰,但依然存在大量理论误解和实践误区。当前十分有必要对"运动科学"与"体育科学"的内涵和特质进行及时的梳理和凝练。以多年来奥运科技攻关一线的相关亲历案例,以优秀运动员机能评定与监控为线索,以从事运动员机能评定需要辨析的几个相关的重要问题为内容,辨析"运动科学"与"体育科学"的主要不同和区别,也说明相互的联系,涉及到"训练不足"与"过度训练"的认识误区等体育科学理论与实践的重要问题。就参加国家队奥运科技攻关优秀运动员机能评定17年来相关问题的认识作讨论,并提出努力发展无损伤的、快捷、准确的机能监控方法和手段。
The understanding and distinguishing on exercise science and sports science is the precondition to carry out all the related work. In recent years, along with exercise and sport science research practice and theory update, the two most basic concepts are gradually relatively independent and clear in the world. In which, we still exist many theoretical misunderstandings and mistakes in practice. At present, it is necessary to make timely carding and concision on exercise science and sports science. For many years＇ Olympic Science and Technology Research of related experience case,taking elite athletes＇ function evalu- ation and monitoring as clue, with functional evaluation of athletes in needing analysis of several important issues related to content, this paper analyzes the main difference of exercise science and sports science, and also explains the relationship, related to the area of inadequate training and overtraining. The main pur-pose is to make discussion on related issue of 17 years＇ athletes＇ function evaluation and effort to develop a method. Olympic Science and Technology Research of elite noninvasive, rapid, accurate function monitoring method.
