摘要
近些年国内已经陆续修建了几座非整体式系杆葵花拱桥,但是结构和受力上还存在不够完善的地方。整体式预应力葵花拱桥对此进行了改进,通过设置整体式桥面板,并在桥面板设置有粘结预应力束代替系杆,具有自己独特的结构和受力特点。本文通过与非整体式系杆葵花拱桥比较,分析了整体式预应力葵花拱桥的特点:整体式桥面板,避免了设置多道伸缩缝,大大改善了行车的舒适度;整体式桥面板内布置高预应力值有粘结预应力束,既能起到系杆的作用,平衡结构的水平推力,同时可以很好地改善梁的受弯性能;桥梁结构为拱式刚架体系,结构受力复杂,但是具有很好的整体性能;增加了结构施工技术难度。以应城市富水河桥为例,利用有限元模型分析了桥梁结构的受力特点,提出该类桥梁设计时的关键控制截面。
In recent years China has successively built several non-integral tied sunflower arch bridge,but there are some disadvantages form the structure and mechanics.To overcome the disadvantages,the integral prestressed sunflower arch bridge proposed.By setting up integral bridge deck,and tensioning bonded tendons instead of the tie,it has its unique structural and mechanical characteristics.This paper describes the characteristics of integral prestressed sunflower arch bridge compared with non-integral tied sunflower arch bridge.The design of integral bridge deck avoids the set of the extra expansion joints,and has greatly improved the driving comfort.The high prestress value bonded tendons tensioned in the integral bridge deck can not only as a tie to balance the horizontal thrust of the arch,also can improve the flexural behavior of the prestressed concrete beam.The bridge structure is arch frame system,whose structure mechanics characteristics are complicated,but has the very good whole performance by bringing difficult structural construction.The Finite Element Method is used to analyze mechanical characteristics of this bridge and found the key section of mechanics based on the Fushui River Bridge in Yingcheng,Hubei Province.
