摘要
目前越来越多的剪力墙结构小高层住宅楼拔地而起,但随之而来的是我们发现这些剪力墙结构小高层在施工质量上还存在着一些质量通病,主要表现为剪力墙板混凝土成型质量差、混凝土实体回弹检测强度不高等。为了有效控制这些问题的产生,本文结合多年的实践经验,总结了短肢剪力墙结构的设计要点及质量控制措施。
At present, more and more high - rise residential building wall structures appear, however, there are still a number of quality defects of shear wall of these small high - level construction we found with mainly poor quality concrete wall panels, bad intensity rebound test. In order to effectively control these problems , this combined with years of practical experience, the design features and quality control measures of the short shear wall structure are summed up.
